Emerging Leaders Institute

“Joseph Gallo Farms partnered with Merced College to offer onsite leadership development for selected team members to focus on their development and opportunities for advancement. What was great about this program is that it highlighted leadership at all levels which included members of the executive team, management, supervisors, and lead employees. We were so pleased with this program that we repeated it for a new group of Emerging Leaders. I personally participated in the program and highly recommend it.”
